DDI is behind a new website for the Australian Retail Credit Association (ARCA) to empower people to take control of their credit history.
The site, Creditsmart.org.au, is in response to changes to the credit reporting system.
The changes provide a clearer picture of a consumer’s ability to repay debts, and provide for increased consumer protections.
Rebecca Murray, head of marketing and education at the ARCA, said: “It was a tricky brief. We chose DDI because from the very outset they visualised the solution in such an appealing and clear way so every Australian would be able to understand the changes.”
John Speers, general manager of DDI, added: “We were honoured to be entrusted by not only ARCA but their members – Australia’s largest financial institutions – to improve consumer understanding of these changes.”
Ahead of the impending overhaul of the country’s credit reporting system, the new straight-talking website is live this week, built by Pollen.
